This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy has been prepared in order to provide information about which personal data are collected, used, shared with whom, what rights the Users have, how they can use them and cookies through our website www.hermescons.com (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) and other means, which we are the content provider and data controller as HERMES ACADEMY MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “HERMES ACADEMY”).
Persons and organisations who visit, use, become a member, access, send content such as comments, information, images, videos, pictures, photographs (hereinafter referred to as “User”) have accepted all the terms contained in this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
Changes and updates to be made by the Company in this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy shall be deemed to be valid from the moment they are published on our Website. For this reason, we recommend that this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy be reviewed by the User before visiting our Website and that the changes and/or corrections made be taken into consideration by the User.

Personal data belonging to the User may be shared with all subsidiaries and affiliated companies in which HERMES ACADEMY is directly and/or indirectly a shareholder, in accordance with the legislation in force, within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes, as well as, but not limited to, our business partners, business contacts, performance assistants and subcontractors, in line with the purpose of the service we provide, or in cases stipulated by the legislation regarding regulatory supervisory institutions and official authorities, it may be transferred domestically and/or abroad. The user accepts and declares that he/she consents to the transfer of his/her personal data as stated above.
RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA OWNER
3.1. Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislation in force, the User:

- b) Request information if personal data has been processed,
- c) To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- d) To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- e) To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this framework to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- f) Although it has been processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant provisions of the law, to request the deletion, destruction or anonymisation of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- g) To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- h) In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand compensation for the damage.
3.2. The user may exercise these rights by

3.3. In order to change or update their personal information and communication preferences, the User must submit their requests to the Company in the manner described above or by e-mail to info@hermescons.com. The user’s request will be evaluated as soon as possible and the necessary action will be taken.
USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLUGINS
4.1. Our Website uses social media buttons to enable the User to share or bookmark web pages. When a page on our Website containing such plugins is visited by the User, the social media buttons are initially inactive; the plugins do not become effective unless one of the buttons is clicked by the User. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
Turkish Law shall be applied in the interpretation and implementation of this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy and in the resolution of disputes that may arise between the User and the Company, and Istanbul Central Courts are authorised to resolve any disputes that may arise from this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
