What is Management Consulting?
It means accompanying people who have the authority to sign in the decision-making mechanism (business owners, entrepreneurs, managers) in their decision-making processes. It is a professional field of work belonging to the service sector. It is an information-intensive sector. It is an “intervention” technique. Transparency and accountability are the fundamental principles. At the same time, “consent” is the sine qua non of the work; the management and the organisation’s consent to the intervention of the consultant. Globally, it is performed within the framework of ISO 20700 Management Consultancy standard.
Are your services only for the private sector?
No, they are not. Your organisation can be a legal entity, a public institution, international, supranational, intergovernmental or non-governmental organisation.
A consultant analyses the “A” point the organisation is currently at, then develops a road map to the “B” point to be reached and offers solutions accordingly. The consultant does not replace an organisation’s internal human resources.

No, we do not. ISO (The International Organization for Standardization) is an international standard development organization that prepares sector-based standards created by the participation of experts in different sectors from all over the world since 1947 and updates them every 5 years on average. ISO does not bring a legal binding obligation for any country, it offers a set of recommendations.
ISO What are the advantages of personal certification?

If I fail the ISO standards certification exam, do I have to enrol in the training again?
No, you don’t. After taking the training and taking your first exam, you are entitled to take a second exam free of charge within 1 year if you fail the exam.
Why do ISO personal certifications required to be updated?
More than 22,000 ISO standards are periodically updated every few years. Both the standards are updated and the persons, institutions and even the consultants and trainers who deliver these documents to individuals and institutions are subject to periodically updating their competencies.
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points are units that measure the time and quality of learning and development activities. It is an internationally recognised metric.
